Cozy Private Room close to Munich/Augsburg

Welcome to our cozy home! You will stay in a bright private guest room with a large, very comfortable sofa bed, a piano, a work desk and a wardrobe. For groups of 3 or more, we can also prepare our basement game room as a second sleeping area with another sofa bed. This is best suited for guests who want a comfortable place to rest, sleep and explore rather than use the home as a full apartment. You will have access to your own bathroom/toilet and an additional separate toilet. The space Our home offers a comfortable and relaxed stay for guests who are looking for a cozy and practical place to sleep and recharge. The main guest room includes a large sofa bed that opens into a spacious and comfortable bed. The room also has a piano, a work desk and a wardrobe for your clothes and belongings. If needed, an additional floor mattress can be added upon request (Children up to age 12 can stay for free, please inform us to do the arrangement before reservation) . For groups of 3 or more, we can prepare our basement game room as a second bedroom. The game room has a sofa bed suitable for two people and includes a TV, PSP, darts, board games and a relaxed entertainment setup. Exercise equipment such as a bike, weights and bench may also be available depending on the setup (if exercise equipment is needed, please inform us before the arrival). The kitchen, living room and garden are mainly private host areas and are not included as regular guest areas. However, we are friendly and happy to chat if you would like to stop by and say hello. You are also always welcome to join or dinner & breakfast. Guests will have access to a private bathroom/toilet and an additional separate toilet. Laundry use is possible if needed. The room will be prepared with basics such as water and coffee. A coffee machine will be available in the room. A kettle, airfryer, iron or other small items can be provided upon request if arranged before arrival. If there is anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to ask — we likely have most everyday essentials and will be happy to help whenever possible. Please note that we live in the home and we have a small 2-year-old female dog. She is not spayed, so if you are travelling with a male dog, please let us know before booking. Pets are only possible upon prior agreement.
