Lovely idyllic house of 200 sqm - ideal for families with children. It is a horse property located close to forest and beach, in Høruphav 6 km from Sønderborg. There is a large garden with playground, trampoline, covered terrace, fire pit and views of fields and forest as well as a large viewing terrace. Child-friendly beach, marina with jetty, gendarme path and shopping opportunities are a short walk away (1 km.) If you want to spend time with the horses as part of the holiday, it can be arranged with Annette (horse trainer) The space The house sleeps 8. The house is a renovated farmhouse that is bright and spacious with high ceilings. It consists of: Large entrance with plenty of room for outerwear and shoes, as well as a utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer. Bedroom with a nice double bed and patio door to the garden. One bathroom with toilet and shower is right next to the bedroom. From here you enter the living room where there is a large television and office space. There is access to the children's room from the living room where there is a junior bed. There is also a removable mattress that can be used in the children's room, living room or bedroom as needed. From the living room you enter a large kitchen/living room. Here is a music room at one end and a creative corner for the children. Close to the double patio door there is a large dining table with plenty of space for 8. The kitchen consists of a cooking island with two bar stools, lots of counter space and induction hobs. There is plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen has sharp knives and is generally well equipped. There is a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and a cool pantry with plenty of room for drinks and vegetables. In connection with the kitchen is the second bathroom with toilet and shower. It's a little older, but works impeccably. Next to the bathroom is the staircase to the first floor. At the top of the stairs, there is access to the viewing terrace through a window. On the first floor, which is a large room, there is ample opportunity for the children to play. There is a well-stocked toy kitchen/shop as well as a dress-up box. There's also an electric horse you can enjoy. In the middle there are rings, trapeze, climbing rope and hammock as well as yoga mat and other exercise equipment. There is a sofa bed and two extra mattresses that can be placed as it suits you best. There is the possibility of blackout of the room and then it can be used as a cinema via the projector. From the kitchen/living room there is access to a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. From there, it is not far to the stairs up to the viewing terrace where there is a large lounge sofa with table and parasol. In the garden is a trampoline next to the old fruit trees. There are fruit bushes next to the sandbox. There is also a playhouse and climbing frame with a swing and a huge slide. At the bottom of the garden there is another terrace with a shelter, a fire pit and a covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the view of the forest and horses. At the other end of the garden is another swing set with plenty of room for play and ball games. Here live the horses, which you can enjoy close up or at a distance. They love to keep up with what you do and don't say no thanks to a tuft of grass. Guest access You have rented the entire house with the exception of the workshop and the boiler room.
