The space Casa Tramonto is a small but perfectly formed independent cottage on two levels, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a bright kitchen-lounge, fully equipped for cooking — whether that's a simple breakfast before heading out or dinner on the terrace while the sun sets. The lounge area is comfortable and welcoming, and also features a sofabed, making the house suitable for up to 4 guests. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs, the double bedroom has beautiful wooden beams on view. A desk by the window and fast WiFi make it a great spot for remote working too, with a beautiful view over the hills to keep you inspired. Outside, the terrace is divided into two areas: a sofa lounge for relaxing and watching the sunset, and a dining area for meals al fresco with a view. Donnini village is just a short walk away and has everything you need for daily life — a supermarket, pizzeria, butcher, and bakery. Florence is 30 minutes by car, while Chianti, the Valombrosa forest, and The Mall Firenze outlet are all easily reachable for day trips. There are no shared spaces — the property is fully independent with its own entrance, giving you complete privacy from arrival to departure. Other things to note The Donnini area occasionally hosts cycling races where local roads may be temporarily closed. If you encounter a tape or barrier, you can usually ask the marshals to pass through — they are always happy to help. Italy has a waste separation system.
