Villa Betula is nestled in the gentle slopes of the Apuan Alps, at an altitude of 400 meters, with a breathtaking view over the mountains and the valley to the sea. Metato is a small, authentic village with only about 60 inhabitants, car-free and accessible only on foot from a nearby parking lot (just a 2-minute walk to the villa). The villa has been freshly restored and renovated until July 2026 and has therefore now been uploaded to Airbnb for the first time. This villa is located in the heart of the village and is one of the few houses that is detached and faces the sea. There are two bathrooms (ground floor and 2nd floor) as well as a separate guest toilet (2nd floor). Two fireplaces and central gas heating ensure cozy evenings. The villa can therefore be booked by you year-round. The heart of the house is a large, open-plan kitchen-living room with a characteristic checkerboard tile floor, fully equipped for self-catering. There is space here for the whole group, whether cooking together or at the long dining table. A cozy living room with its own fireplace and comfortable seating also invites you to linger and relax.
