Double room

My place is good for solo adventurers. Please note that I have a cat at the house. The space I live in a busy but safe residential area with local amenities just a 4–5 minute walk from the house. This is an ideal location for professionals working at the new West Midlands Metropolitan Hospital, QE Hospital, or Birmingham University. The N48 bus stop is less than a minute’s walk away and offers a direct route to the QE and the university, with travel times ranging between 15–25 minutes depending on traffic. Please note that while street parking is available, it can get busy in the evenings, so you may need to find a nearby space within the surrounding residential area. As a house rule, I kindly ask all guests to remove their outdoor shoes when entering the home, especially on the carpeted areas. Lastly, I share the home with a friendly cat, so the space may not be suitable for those with cat allergies. Guest access Guests can use the dining area for their meals. My kitchen is good for making drinks and warming up food in the microwave (no othe access to cooking facilities, i.e. hob or oven use). Guests can use the fridge for stoding their food. I have a small garden with a table and chars where guests can relax during summer time. We would share the dining room and the family bathroom which is next to the guest's room. During your stay I am frequently out but will be available to meet and greet you and make you welcome. Other things to note No third party booking, I only accept registered guests who booked my place. Please note I am not able to provide breakfast. The accomodation is ideal for professionals who leave elsewhere but work in Birmingham and would like to stay overnight for a maximum of 3-4 nights. I do the room cleaning and bed changing once a week.
