TEREM OK

The old-fashioned neighborhood of Zavety Ilyicha was created in 1935. These are the generals' dachas of the famous revolutionaries. And now it is a prestigious place with a great ecology, among cedars, spruces and 100-meter birches live squirrels, hedgehogs, woodpeckers, jays. 700m away is the Serebryanka river, 1km away is a dam with a pond with places for swimming, bicycle paths, trails and ski trails in winter. This is half the walking distance to the Trinity Sergius Lavra, UNESCO. On a 77 m long plot there are 4 authentic houses in the style of a naive museum. Guest access The entire premises are available. The sauna is paid separately: 2 thousand rubles for 2 hours. Other things to note There are several guest houses on the site: TEREM OK with a deer-shaped barbecue and an original patio veranda and a sauna for an additional fee; the RUSSIAN GENERAL house with a gazebo, swing and a closed barbecue area with a sauna and a phyto barrel for an additional fee and the ALENKIY TSVETOCHEK house with a large gazebo-summer kitchen, swing and barbecue.
