Swimming Pool During the **monsoon season**, an additional **pool usage charge of ₹1,000–₹1,500** may apply due to increased maintenance requirements. Cleaning Charges We don't mind normal use of the property—basic mess is completely understandable. However, excessive damage or unusually heavy cleaning may result in additional charges: Room Cleaning – ₹300 per room Applies for excessive mess such as cigarette butts left indoors, excessive trash, food spilled on beds, stains, or vomit. Kitchen Cleaning – ₹500 Applies if the kitchen is left in an excessively dirty condition or dishes are not washed after heavy use. Swimming Pool Cleaning – ₹1,000 Applies if the pool is contaminated (for example, by throwing food or other items into it, or urinating in the pool), as draining, refilling, and rebalancing the water is expensive. A Small Request ❤️ As a traveler myself, I know that long lists of rules and extra charges aren't anyone's favorite thing. These policies are only in place to help us maintain the property for every guest who visits. Please treat the farmhouse as you would your own home, with care, respect, and cleanliness. If you do, you'll never have to worry about any of these additional charges. Thank you, and I hope you have an amazing stay!
