Ideal for two families. Plenty of excursion opportunities in the nearby area with Lysekil, Nordens ark, climbing, Smögen, etc. The space Welcome to our vacation home! The heart of the house is a large and well-equipped kitchen in the middle of the house with an adjacent dining area. Without inserting plates, eight people are allowed around the table, with inserts we have accommodated significantly more, there are many stick chairs and a kitchen sofa. Two high chairs are also available if desired (trip stairs and antelope). In the kitchen there is also a fireplace and exit to the large and sunny patio where we have both dining furniture and sun loungers, pergola with sun roof and a large umbrella. There are four spacious bedrooms, two per floor, with a minimum of two sleeping spaces per room, see photos. The water is municipal and of good quality. The bathroom downstairs was completely renovated in 2022 and on the upper floor a new toilet with combined washing machine/dryer was built the same year. The house is heated with air heat pump and extra electric elements and can be used all year round. The garden is small and raised with old trees and large shrubs that bloom beautifully in season. For the children, during the season there is a trampoline and for the adults a wood-fired pizza oven. Electric car charger type 2 (without cord), charge at cost price for the electricity. Guest access You have access to the whole house except for a few storage rooms. Other things to note A vacation home where a family with two children can thrive.
