Large country studio with outside deck and views.

Spacious Pet friendly accommodation set in fantastic Worcestershire countryside. No additional cleaning fees! With a lovely outer deck to enjoy the beautiful views & a drink at sunset. Great walks on the doorstep yet close to amenities & several lovely country pubs. Set apart from the house, the Studio is a private cosy hide away with amazing views: a great place to unwind and enjoy the peace, a lovely continental breakfast is also included. EV charger available, & pets are made very welcome. The space The studio is a private, large open plan space, set on the second floor of a detached annex, with a large window overlooking rolling countryside that extends as far as the Malvern Hills. There is a lovely Juliet balcony that can be thrown wide open so you feel like you’re part of the surrounding countryside. It is comfortable, cosy and completely self contained and is separate from the main house so you will have complete privacy. It has a small kitchen, with an induction hob, fan oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. There are plenty of little extras waiting for you on arrival, as well as a selection of teas, filter coffee, milk, orange juice, butter, home made jam, cereals, oats and seeds. In addition a basket of warm croissants, freshly laid boiled eggs and fruit will be delivered to your door in the morning when you are ready. Dinner or a full English Breakfast can be arranged on request. We can also arrange for Wine, Champagne or Chocolates to be in the room on arrival. There is a restful lounge area with a large flat screen TV and a desk. We also supply an Amazon Firestick, so you can log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime Account. WIFI is available though the signal varies being in the countryside! There is outside seating on a deck that extends to the side of the studio, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome, but please let me know when you book. There is separate access and a large gravel driveway with secure parking for one or two cars. If there’s anything else you need please just ask when booking and I’ll do what I can to accommodate you. Self check is always an option if you’d prefer, though if we are around we always like to meet you and welcome you to the property. However if you’d prefer total privacy then please feel assured you can stay here and enjoy the peace and quiet without any further interaction. Guest access There is private secure parking for 2 cars, the gates must be kept closed at all times because we do have dogs on the property. We also have an OHME EV charger available for use on a PAYG basis. There is a private secure field at the end of the garden that guests are welcome to use to exercise their dogs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and walk round the property. Other things to note Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. As I provide breakfast, do please let me know in advance if you have any allergy’s or special dietary requests.
