The space Holly Cottage is a family-run, self-catering home that preserves its 19th-century soul with original beams and sloping ceilings, while offering all the contemporary amenities you need. • The Living Area: A cosy lounge designed for relaxation, featuring a Smart TV with streaming services for those quiet evenings in. There is a small collection of board games, books and toys to help keep little ones entertained. • The Kitchen: Fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Upon arrival, you’ll find a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and snacks to help you settle in. There is a washing machine and airer available for your use. • Master Bedroom: A restful double room with a country-chic feel. • Second Bedroom: A charming single room featuring a original sloped ceiling. • The Bathroom: Located upstairs, featuring a bath with an overhead shower. • The Boot Room: A practical porch area specifically designed for hanging coats and storing muddy boots after a day of forest exploration. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage and the garden. • Check-in: Self-check-in via a secure lockbox. • Parking: Roadside parking is available right on the lane, with additional free village parking nearby. • Cyclists Welcome: We provide a secure, locked shed for bike storage. Just let us know and we’ll provide the key! • Garden: A lovely garden area with seating to relax (please note you will cross a shared path outside the door to access the secure, gated garden). Retractable stairgates are installed permanently at both the top and bottom of the stairs. • Pets: We welcome dogs at Holly Cottage for an additional fee. Please message us for details! We kindly ask that dogs are kept downstairs and off the furniture. Stairgates are installed to help ensure this. •The cottage is strictly non-smoking.
