Lovely Self-contained Guest Studio

Our guest studio is a bright, comfortable space with it's own private entrance comprising of a kitchen, bedroom, ensuite and guests' decking area. We are in the historic market town of St Neots on the River Great Ouse. We have a lovely, big park just across the road - beautiful in every season. - An ideal base for visiting Cambridge (by car or bus). - Train station only 5-10 mins walk (London 50-60m, Peterborough, 20m) - Town centre 20-30m walk across the lovely park The space THE KITCHEN is equipped with: - a microwave, toaster, airfryer, single electric hob, kettle and fridge - crockery, cutlery, cooking pans & utensils - tea & coffee, milk etc. - a washer and dryer are available for your use at an additional charge: £4 washer/£4 dryer. This includes detergent, softner & colour catcher - Please ask before first use. BREAKFAST ITEMS - I like to provide my guests with breakfast options (cereals, bread, jam/marmalade, eggs) as well as tea, coffee, milk etc so you don't have bring them with you or rush out to the shops. THE BEDROOM is small but light and airy. It has ... - a comfortable double bed with memory foam mattress - TV with TV/radio channels and Firestick with Netflix, etc - DVD/CD player & selection of DVDs - storage & hanging space for clothes ENSUITE - with an electric shower, hand basin & toilet. OUTSIDE there is a private decking area for guests use. It has table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella. Guest access - Guests have access to the studio via the gate at the side of the house so you can come and go as you please. - Guests have their own private decking area where they can sit and eat or relax. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: depending on your length of stay, we may need to use the washer/dryer in the studio kitchen during your stay. We will try to do this when you are out but will always check with you first. I would love to be able to provide easy chairs for our guests. Unfortunately, the size & configuration does not allow us to accommodate them in the studio. Our dog, Molly, lives on site She is very calm and placid and loves any attention. She knows she is not allowed in the studio so please feel free to kick her out if she tries to pay you a visit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets on the property.
