Vacation home in a seaside resort with a sandy beach and archipelago

Enjoy a relaxing life in this charming and fresh place to stay in the perfect summer idyll. A small community with a fantastic sandy beach featuring several types of piers, tennis courts, and a kiosk. Nearby, there are several different restaurants, other services such as a pharmacy and a state liquor store, beautiful nature in the surrounding areas, and an archipelago for those who enjoy the lake. The property is a guesthouse on Aunt Lena's property, but it is secluded and has its own patio and parking. The space The property is a one-story house with a living area of just over 60 square meters (646 square feet) and a relatively large porch. There is a kitchen with most of the essentials for self-catering, a bar table with bar stools for a cup of coffee or more, and in the living room, there is a dining area with a large dining table and a sofa set. The bedroom has 2 single 90-cm beds that are placed together to form a double 180-cm bed; on the floor, there is a soft and very comfortable wall-to-wall carpet to put your feet on for a great start to the day. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. Guest access Guests live on their own and have access to the whole house as well as the patio. There is a parking lot close to the house. Other things to note The house is rented privately and no service is included in the price. You bring bed linens, towels and leave the cottage cleaned upon departure and in the same condition as upon arrival. As a condition for all our accommodation options, you must NOT sleep without your own bed linens, i.e. directly on the pillow and mattress covers, and you must carefully clean the cottage and leave it in the same condition as upon arrival. A checklist and cleaning products are provided. Please note that the booked guests are the only ones who are allowed to stay and reside in the house and other surroundings such as patio and plot. Therefore, it is not permitted to set up a tent or park a motorhome with multiple people or to invite relatives, friends, and acquaintances for social gatherings. This is important, among other things, because of the capacity of the cabin and to avoid any potential problems.
