The Cascade Studio : Welcome to Kiran’s Alpenglow—an architect-designed Earthen Boho studio in Lalthane, Palghar. The Cascade offers direct, front-row views of our seasonal monsoon waterfall and mountains. Features a cozy bedroom, living space, & kitchenette. Common access to our shared pool, 55” TV lounge with baithak seating, mango grove hammocks, & BBQ. Enjoy authentic local village thalis (pre-ordered). Designed with love to honor our father’s legacy in nature. The space The Cascade Studio is an architect-designed Earthen Boho retreat crafted with natural terracotta, warm wood, and rustic stone details. Built to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings in Lalthane, Palghar, the studio features floor-to-ceiling views of surrounding greenery, mountains, and our seasonal monsoon waterfall. It offers a tranquil escape designed for relaxation, mindful stays, or focused remote work. Guest access Guests have full private access to The Cascade Studio. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy shared outdoor areas, including designated rain dance/outdoor zone, and common seating space. Free parking is available on-site. Other things to note Meals: Fresh home-cooked meals are prepared to order with 48-24-hour prior notice. We offer complete meal packages at additional ₹1,600 per person, per day (for either veg or non-veg options). We also have a basic equipped kitchenette if you prefer to cook, plus quick bites (Oil, Maggi, popcorn, frozen snacks, milk, etc.) available for purchase. 🍽️ Meals Includes: • Lunch on arrival • Evening high tea • Dinner • Breakfast on checkout day 📋 The menu and pricing will be shared once your booking is confirmed. ⏰ Meal orders must be confirmed a minimum of 2 days before your check-in. 📝 If you’d like any changes to the menu, please let us know at least 2 days in advance. 🍛 Love may be priceless, but our meal prep isn’t—once confirmed, meal charges are non-refundable. 😉 (Please note food delivery apps like Swiggy/Zomato do not service our area as we are in midst of nature). We recommend picking up any specific snacks, personal items, or extra packaged supplies on your way in! Proximity: Basic local shops are located (around 5–10 minutes walking distance. For broader supermarket options, shops near the main town/station area are about 15–20 minutes away. Nature & Surroundings: Being nestled in a lush, natural landscape, you may encounter local flora and seasonal insects. Please carry mosquito repellent controls. House Rules: Check-in after: 1PM Check-out before: 10AM • Outside food is not allowed in the villa. • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. • We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. • Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. • Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. • The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. • Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. • As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. • Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. ## 1. General House Rules • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 1:00 PM; Check-out by 10:00 AM. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of our village neighbors and other guests. • Identity Proof: All guests must provide a valid government ID (Aadhar/Voter ID) before or upon arrival. • Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. No visitors are permitted inside the premises. ## 2. Kitchen & Dining (Self-Catering) • Self-Service: We provide an induction cooktop and basic utensils. Guests are responsible for their own grocerie. • Milk Service: Fresh milk is available on request for an extra charge. Please notify the caretaker by 6:00 PM for morning delivery. • Cleanliness: Please wash used dishes and keep the kitchen counter clean to avoid attracting ants or insects common in farm areas. • Food Orders: Authentic local food can be pre-ordered 48 hours in advance. Payment should be made directly to us. ## 3. Pool & Rain Dance Safety • Timings: Pool and Rain Dance are accessible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM • Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the swimming pool and baby pool areas. • Glassware: No glass bottles or glassware or food items allowed near the pool or rain dance area. • Attire: Proper swimwear is required. Please shower before entering the pool. ## 4. Outdoor & Entertainment • Rain Dance: Please coordinate with the host for your 1-hour rain dance slot to ensure water management. • BBQ: Seasonal BBQ setups are provided in designated areas only. Please do not move the equipment to the rooms or mango plantation to prevent fire hazards. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common hall. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of butts in provided ashtrays. • Nature Respect: Please do not pluck fruits from the mango plantation or disturb the local flora and fauna. ## 5. Shared Spaces (The Common Hall) • Shared Harmony: The TV and Baithak seating are shared amenities. Please be respectful of other guests’ space and keep volume levels moderate. • Property Care: Please treat our boho decor, rugs, and books with care. Any significant damage or staining will be charged to the guest.
