Welcome to Monette's Home! We welcome you to our bright 70 m² house in the heart of the Creuse countryside with unobstructed views of nature. You will enjoy a large covered and furnished terrace, ideal for meals, reading or simply enjoying the calm. Whether you're coming as a family, a couple, alone or with friends, Chez Monette is ideal for discovering the Creuse, its landscapes and its outdoor activities. The space Fully renovated house in Saint-Pardoux-d'Arnet in the heart of nature that can accommodate up to 7 people 🌿 Upon entering the house, a hallway leads to the different spaces of the house. To the right is a separate, functional kitchen that opens onto the hallway (dining area for 4 people in the kitchen). For coffee lovers: a filter coffee maker + a Senseo pod machine are at your disposal. On the left side of the hallway, you will find a small living room with a bookcase, perfect for reading, relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment. Flexible thanks to its sliding door, it offers an extra bed with its sofa bed (new, quality double mattress). Continuing on, the bright and friendly dining room can accommodate up to 8 people at the table. It connects to the living room and looks right onto the large covered and furnished terrace, a true outdoor living room with a dining area, ideal for breakfasts, meals and evenings in the shelter. 🐶 Pet friendly Pets are allowed. Note, however, that the garden is open and directly faces the road. A second hallway leads to the sleeping area with two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, one of which has an additional single bed. Bathroom with shower and separate WC. A secure cellar for bikes and motorcycles with a washing machine available. Free parking (in front of the house) for several vehicles.
