Refuge in El Ingenio – Cajón del Maipo

An exceptional house is for rent in the mountains, in the El Ingenio area of Cajón del Maipo, Metropolitan Region. It's located approximately 70 km from Santiago in a gated community. It's a place for unwinding and relaxing, but it also has all the amenities for entertainment, such as a heated pool (spring-summer), a hot tub or 'tinaja' (autumn-winter), a barbecue with a dining area, and an outdoor grill. A fully equipped house designed to be enjoyed all year round. The space Cajón del Maipo is famous for its proximity to the capital and its wide range of tourist and culinary attractions. The house boasts fantastic views of the Maipo Valley and, in winter, the main snow-capped peaks are also visible. The house offers a mix of rest, relaxation, comfort and entertainment. It has a heated pool in the spring/summer season and a hot tub/jacuzzi in the autumn/winter season. What's more, you can enjoy the wonderful barbecue all year round to prepare the best roasts. So it's ideal for enjoying all year round, with the best scenery. It has two bedrooms, the main one with a super king-size bed and the second with a double bed plus a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into a queen-size bed. Up to 6 passengers could be comfortable. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one in the master bedroom on the second floor. The house has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV with Netflix (you can set up your own accounts on the streaming apps if you want), and a sound bar for the TV or for connecting via Bluetooth. If you need to work from home or concentrate for a while during your stay, you can count on a desk with Wi-Fi and a beautiful view of the mountains. The barbecue area (covered but not enclosed) is equipped with a gas barbecue, a dishwasher and a comfortable dining area. At the same time, it lets you share with friends or family by the pool. This season, the house is delivered with a bag of firewood to light the fireplace, a hot tub at 38°C, and gas to use the barbecue grill. To keep warm, there's a paraffin stove in the kitchen and another paraffin 'Toyotomi' stove, which can be placed wherever needed. What's more, the master bedroom has hot/cold air conditioning and the second bedroom has an electric heater. Guest access You can use the whole house.
