Private retreat with sauna, gym and lakes

Welcome to a newly renovated private retreat in Hindås, close to lakes, forest, Landvetter Airport, Gothenburg and Borås. The house is well suited for families, multi-generation trips and calm friend groups who want comfort, space and a high-quality stay. You will have several social areas, a large dining space for 10–12 people, sauna, gym, garden and sleeping space for up to 12 guests. A good choice if you want nature, comfort and space — not far from the city, airport and restaurants. The space The house is designed so larger groups can spend time together without feeling crowded. There are several social areas, making it easy for adults and children to gather or have some space apart. On the entrance level, you will find the hallway, a social kitchen with a large kitchen island, dining space for 10–12 people, living room, bedrooms, office/bedroom and bathrooms/WCs. On the lower level, there are more bedrooms, private sauna, gym, bathroom and laundry room. This makes the house comfortable year-round, not only in summer. Sleeping space is arranged across 6 bedrooms/sleeping areas. The house works best for up to around 10 guests in regular beds and can host up to 12 guests when the extra beds are used. Please review the bedroom section and floor plan for the exact layout. The kitchen is equipped for shared dinners, with plenty of space for both cooking and social time. Several bathrooms/WCs make the stay smoother when the house is full. Outdoor Outdoors, there are several areas to enjoy during the day: outdoor dining, BBQ, garden and space to relax. You can follow the sun during the day, from morning coffee to dinner and evening time outside. Parking is available on the property. EV charging is available by agreement and charged through Airbnb. Location and activities Hindås is a calm lake-and-forest area with easy access to both nature and the city. Nearby you will find swimming spots, jetties, walking trails, forest roads and year-round activities. In summer, swimming, paddling and golf are available nearby. In winter, Hindås Ski Club is about 2 km away when skiing conditions allow. Hjortviken Country Club is also close for spa, dining and activities. Please note that their services are not included in the stay and must be booked directly with Hjortviken. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden and outdoor areas, except for one locked private room, the garage and storage areas. Parking is available on the property. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask all guests to be considerate of neighbors, especially outdoors in the evening and at night. Other things to note This is a calm private home in a residential area, not a party house. Parties, events, loud late-night gatherings and unregistered guests are not allowed. The house has several levels and stairs. Please review the photos, bedroom descriptions and floor plan before booking so you can see how the house works for your group. Sauna, gym, BBQ and EV charging are used according to the instructions in the house manual.
