The space The property is divided into 4 distinct areas designed for your comfort and enjoyment: 1. The Main House Ground Floor: Features a welcoming reception area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a fireplace, sofa bed, and a full bathroom. First Floor: Home to three double bedrooms, a bathroom, a quiet reading room/study, and a terrace. Second Floor: Features two charming attic-style bedrooms (one quadruple and one double). Both are equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, and radiators. This floor offers breathtaking views of the countryside and the sunrise. The quadruple room includes a movie projector, creating a perfect space for children to play and relax. 2. The "Merendero" (Traditional Social Area) A spectacular dedicated space with its own fireplace, full kitchen, large-screen TV, and a dining table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests. 3.
