The top floor, also accessed externally, houses the main kitchen, the lounge area, and an additional double bedroom. Living Room The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room. Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. Those looking for a little more adventure can hire a motor boat (no license required) for whizzing to nearby beaches, bays and even the supermarket!! Agni Travel also recommend that although it is only a short walk from the villa to the beach (250m) it is very steep and not acceptable for elderly, frail or disabled individuals. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
