Guest access *Guests can enjoy independent access to their booked area situated in the 1st floor. *Ground floor of the house (hosts private residence) *Guest are responsible for any damages caused during the stay *Please inform us immediately if something breaks or stop working. *Lock the door and windows when u go out -Please help us by: Switch off the lights,fans and AC when ur leaving the room Other things to note *Maximum occupancy 6 guests *A valid government ID is required for all adult guests staying at the property *Only registered guests are allowed to stay *Visitors are not allowed without the permission of the host *Keep the space neet and tidy *Dispose the trash properly before checking out *The waste should be separated as dry and wet waste *Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the stay *No parties and events *Pets are not allowed *Please keep the noise low after 12pm to respect the neighbourhoods
