An old house that can accommodate up to six guests and guarantees you a relaxing stay in the heart of the Forêts National Park, renowned for its mushrooms, hunting and hiking. Three bedrooms with 3 double beds, one of which is on the ground floor, as well as a large, bright living room. You also have a closed courtyard for parking your vehicles and a small garage that is perfect for storing your bicycles and motorbikes. Pets are welcome. Located 52 minutes from Dijon, 46 minutes from Langres and 11 km from CEA Valduc. The space The three bedrooms and the living room have oak parquet flooring, while the entrance and the dining room have Bourguignonne slabs. For lunch or dinner outside, a garden table and parasol, which you can move around for your convenience. Other things to note We practise waste sorting here. There are specific bins available for recycling, and a compost bin at the back of the garden. Please pick up your pets' waste and place it at the back of the garden. Small basic grocery store (olive oil, oil, salt, pepper) Senseo coffee machine with a few pods, tea and sugar. Toilet linen and bed sheets are provided.
