Rural coliving is a way of living that combines your own private space with shared spaces and everyday life. At La Toza, everyone has their own bedroom while some areas of the house are shared with the other guests. We are not a hotel or a permanent residence. La Toza is a temporary community: people come to stay for a set period of time, with a minimum stay of 15 days, and are then followed by new guests. The house has 5 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 7 guests, allowing us to maintain a small, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The people who stay here tend to be independent and enjoy having their own space while also being open to sharing a meal, a conversation or part of their everyday life with others. ### A comfortable place to live and work La Toza has been renovated to offer a comfortable, well-maintained space designed for medium-length stays. The house has an aerothermal heating and cooling system, helping maintain a pleasant and stable temperature indoors throughout the year. The shared areas are cleaned weekly, so you can enjoy the house without having to take full responsibility for its maintenance. The coworking space has its own independent entrance and is included in the price of your stay. It offers 1 Gb symmetrical fibre-optic internet, both WiFi and wired connections, and workstations equipped for comfortable remote working. The coworking space is also used by people who live and work in the surrounding area, connecting La Toza with the local community rather than making it a space exclusively for guests. The first floor can also occasionally host networking events, workshops and small gatherings, creating opportunities to meet other people, professionals and local projects. Living together does not mean having to be social all the time. You can work, rest and enjoy your own room in peace, and join shared moments whenever you feel like it. La Toza is designed for remote workers, people developing personal projects, those looking for a change of scenery, or simply anyone who wants to experience what it is like to live in a small village for a few weeks.
