Shared use of kitchen to prepare basic meal or use of microwave. Kettle and tea and coffee available in room. Fold down table available in room, suitable for eating or working. I also rent out one other room at the property, on the ground floor. Guest access Double bedroom. Shared use of bathroom and kitchen.
