Dear AirBnB guest, welcome to this private holiday house in the beautiful lake Achensee region in Tirol/Austria. We ususally have change of guests on Saturday. We do make exceptions. Just contact me quickly to check if possible. The space This private house in the Tyrolean Alps, close to the beautiful lake Achensee offers you relaxation from daily stress and regeneration. Usually used privately by my family, we decided to rent the house to guests whenever we don't use it ourselves. Based on our experience, we think you will be particularly happy with your holidays, if you are a family with children and/or couples/friends wanting to enjoy the many possibilities for sports/hiking/skiing during all seasons and the great nature in this lovely valley in the mountains with the fjord-like lake Achensee. For this purpose we spend our holidays since many years in Achenkirch. Through the fresh mountain air you will be particularly tired during the first days of your stay and sleep a bit more than usually - but it is exactly this fact that well help you to recover completely from the stress of the daily live and regain energy and finish your holidays with a feeling of being completely relaxed and regenerated. FURTHER DETAILS TO THE HOUSE: The HOUSE is the most southern of a combination of three terraced houses, with a private garden surrounding the house at three sides. Once in the house, it feels like a "free standing,/ non-terraced house", there is no noise from the neighbours. On the GROUND FLOOR, there is the main bedroom with a double bed and direct access to a large bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. On the FIRST FLOOR, there is the second bedroom with a double bed and great views on the mountains directly from your bed. Besides the bedroom there is a second bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the same floor are as well an open kitchen with a dining room, a fire place and direct access to the garden and terrace. The house does NOT have a barbecue. On the UPPER FLOOR there is a large living room with a second fire place, comfortable sofas, the television and access to the balcony with chairs to relax in the sun and enjoy the views. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, with garden, terrace, balcony, a private parking and a garage. Other things to note FURTHER COMMENTS: - The house is located on a hill. During winter time you need snow chains for your car. - Smoking in the property is not allowed. - Pets are unfortunately not allowed.in this property.
