The house, built in timber construction in Nordic style, is located in the idyllic, amid forests, meadows and water, nearby small town of Neuendorf, at Saaler Bodden. The house is detached and located on an approximately 600 sqm large, clean and well-covered private land. Thus, we offer you peace, freedom and privacy in your own home combined with modern facilities and comforts. The Neuendorfer harbor, with a small beach, can be reached in just 5 minutes. The holiday home offers approximately 90 sqm of living space for 4-6 people. Inside the house sleeps 4 are present. 2 additional beds (sofa bed) are located in a small garden shed. This cottage is available only in summer! The wooden house was built in 1998 was renovated by us in 2013/14 and furnished with new furniture in country style. The bathroom was completely redone. We have furnished the house with much attention to detail. The property includes 3 parking spaces and a lockable storage room for bikes, surf equipment etc ... Comfortable, high-quality garden furniture and a barbecue. In the storage room are available for you 3 bicycles (2x adult and 1 child's bike 24er) for free use during your stay.
