At CasaPalmitas, you will find a place where you can relax far from the tourist hustle and bustle of the Riviera Nayarit, even though you are only a few kilometers away from the most beautiful beaches in the area. If you're looking for a comfortable, safe, convenient, and quiet place to stay, this is the place for you. The space At CasaPalmitas, you will find comfort in a single-level space where the living room awaits you right at the entrance. In the same room, you can prepare your meals in an open kitchen and enjoy them at the breakfast bar or in the garden. Our house is located on my parents' property, and they will be happy to give you tips for hikes, information about the area, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will share the common areas of the garden with them and their Chihuahua dog (and possibly two to four other guests) Just a few steps away, you will find grocery stores, and it is a few blocks from the city's shopping center. Las Varas is the economic center of the region and has banks, supermarkets, cafes, pavilions, pharmacies, beauticians, and much more. There is also a bus and taxi stand to take you to your chosen destination. If you have a car, you can park on the property. Guest access You can park your car on the property. From there, you can also reach CasaPalmitas through the garden (in addition to the separate entrance from the street). CasaPalmitas is located at street level and is on the ground floor, so there are no steps inside (1 small step to the bathroom). Other things to note During your stay, you will have contact with my parents and their little Chihuahua. In addition, you may encounter other guests (maximum 4) in the common areas, as we also offer another small accommodation on this platform on the same property next to "CasaPalmitas" ("CasaVaras"). Smoking indoors is not permitted. Please avoid noise or loud music after 10 pm.
