Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. The house is exclusively yours - including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. Self check-in is available, making arrival simple and flexible around work schedules and shift times. Full access details will be sent prior to check-in to ensure everything runs smoothly. Driveway parking is available at the property, with space suitable for 2 or 3 cars. We respect your privacy, but if you need anything during your stay, we’re always just a message away. Other things to note We require full identification documents and a £150 damage deposit prior to check-in. Without these, your check-in information will not be released. Why do we require a security deposit? The security deposit helps protect both our properties and our guests. It acts as a safeguard against significant damage, unauthorised parties or gatherings, and other breaches of our booking terms. It is held as a charge on your card, like a pending transaction. As part of the deposit process, you will be asked to review and sign our Terms & Conditions, which explain when deductions may be made and include rules such as no parties and no smoking inside the property. House Rules • No parties or events are permitted. • Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. • Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the property. Your full deposit will be taken if this rule is breached. • Lost access or lock call-outs may incur a replacement fee. • Normal wear and tear is never charged, and every situation is assessed fairly and reasonably. Your deposit will be returned within 5–10 days of check-out via the original payment method. Complimentary coffee, tea, and milk are provided on arrival.
