Our modern and freshly renovated vacation apartment is centrally located in the small town of Spabrücken, on the edge of the Soonwald forest. Spabrücken is a well-known pilgrimage site. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and its wine villages – by car, by bike, or even on foot. The combination of rural idyll, authentic village character, and regional highlights related to wine is particularly appealing. The space The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), and in the living room, a sofa bed can be used as an additional sleeping option (160 × 200 cm). A fold-out crib is provided, as is a high chair for use in the kitchen. There is an apartment on the upper floor that is permanently rented out. This results in normal living noises. Guest access Our guests have the entire apartment to themselves. As the upper floor is occupied, everyday living noises may occasionally be audible. The courtyard in front of the house offers a parking space for one car. Due to the access via stairs, the apartment is not suitable for people with disabilities. A guest book with information and leisure activities is available in the apartment.
