To ensure a comfortable stay for our long-term guests, the closet is fully stocked with laundry and cleaning supplies. We also provide a TV and a variety of board games for families and small groups to enjoy together. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Extra bedding for the sofa bed is neatly stored in the closet. 【Bedroom】 The bedroom features a spacious Queen-size bed, providing plenty of room for two adults to stretch out and relax comfortably. 【Kitchen】 A newly renovated kitchen equipped with all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare your own meals. 〇 Appliances & Cookware: 2-burner stovetop, Refrigerator/Freezer, Electric kettle, Toaster oven, Microwave, and Rice cooker. Coffee maker (*Please bring your own coffee grounds). Portable gas stove (*Please bring your own butane gas canisters). Frying pan, Pot, Kitchen knives, Cutting board, Cooking chopsticks, Turner, Ladle, Tongs, Kitchen shears, and Mixing bowls. 〇 Cutlery & Tableware: Rice bowls, Soup bowls, Plates, Soup cups, Kid-friendly tableware, Glasses, and Mugs. Spoons, Forks, and Chopsticks. 〇 Seasonings: Cooking oil, Salt, and Pepper. 【Toilet】 Equipped with a modern toilet featuring an electronic bidet (Washlet). 【Dressing Room & Laundry Area】 We provide bath towels, hand towels, disposable toothbrushes, and a hairdryer. Please note that during the "Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival" (February to early March), nearby parking lots may become very crowded and rates may change. As fees and operating hours are subject to change, please check and verify the latest information on your own before arrival. Guest access [Request Regarding the Staff-Only Closet in the Bedroom] The closet in the bedroom is designated as "Staff Only" and is locked or secured. This space is used for storing extra linens, cleaning supplies, and management equipment. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from opening this closet. Other things to note ■ Guest Capacity The maximum capacity of our villa is 4 guests. However, it may feel a bit cozy/crowded for 4 adults. We highly recommend a maximum of 2 adults for the most comfortable stay. ◾️Important Notice Regarding Children and Infants We charge the standard rate (the same as adults and children) for infants under 2 years old as well. ※Children aged 2: Please include them under "Children (ages 2–12)" when making your reservation. ※Infants under 2 years old: Due to Airbnb system limitations, infant fees are not automatically calculated during booking. Therefore, after your reservation is confirmed, we will issue a request for the standard rate via the Resolution Center. ■ Stays for Minors Traveling Alone Please note that guests under the age of 18 (including high school students) are not permitted to stay alone. All minors must be accompanied by an adult (such as a parent or guardian). We require age verification for all guests upon check-in. ■Important: Sediment Disaster Alert Zone Our property is located within a designated “Special Alert Zone for Sediment-Related Disasters (Red Zone)” designated by the local authorities. In the event of severe weather, such as typhoons or heavy rain, or if an evacuation advisory or order is issued, please check the latest weather information and guidance from the local authorities. For your own safety, please prioritize your safety and evacuate to a safe location in accordance with the instructions of the local authorities. For safe and responsible operation, we kindly ask that you review and understand the above information before making your reservation. ■ Coexisting with Nature (Insects & Wildlife) Our villa is surrounded by a rich natural environment. As a result, various insects and wildlife live in the area, including ants, centipedes, spiders, mantises, geckos, wild boars, deer, civets (Hakubishin), and snakes. → If you encounter any wildlife, please do not approach them and keep a safe distance. While we implement thorough pest control measures during routine cleaning, due to the nature of the location, it is impossible to completely prevent insects from entering the house. → If you are extremely uncomfortable with insects, please carefully consider your booking before finalizing your reservation. ◾️ Wi-Fi Information / Notice on Wi-Fi Usage Free Wi-Fi is provided during your stay (daily limit: 5GB, resets at 12:00 AM midnight). While 5GB is plenty for general browsing and SNS, please refrain from long HD video streaming to avoid connection slowdowns. Please make sure to review and agree to all the "House Rules" listed below before completing your booking. ■ Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for reasons related to the natural environment or subjective personal experiences, such as odors, insects, weather/room temperature, minimal dust/spots, or allergic reactions.
