The house with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen is completely at your disposal (the upper floor is not used). Enjoy maximum privacy, a garden area and the proximity to the famous Therme Erding as well as to the cities of Landshut and Munich! The space 🛏️ Bedroom & family extras: Bedroom 1: Cozy double bed, private TV and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Two separate single beds, private TV, and wardrobe. For the little ones: We are happy to provide a crib for toddlers on request. Comfort included: Fresh bed linens and towels are ready for you upon arrival. 🍳 Kitchen, bathroom & utility room: Fully equipped kitchen: With stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A cozy dining area and a pantry are integrated. Kitchen basics included: Salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil are provided. Bathroom: Compact bathroom with sink, toilet and a bathtub including a shower stall. Hair dryer is also available. Toiletries included: We provide soap, shampoo and shower gel free of charge for your stay. Storage room: Includes a clothes drying rack and cleaning supplies, as well as plenty of space for luggage. 🌳 Garden, leisure, and fun in front of the house: Garden area with cozy garden furniture and a parasol for relaxing. A barbecue is at your disposal. Child-friendly: A large, paved area right in front of the house is ideal for playing. Toys for children are also available. 🚗 Comfort, mobility & info: Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space right outside the door. For cyclists: You can store the bikes you bring with you in our garage. Public transport: Perfectly connected! There is a bus stop just 450 meters from the house. From there, bus line 562 will take you directly to Erding or to Taufkirchen (Vils). Flexible check-in & check-out: We would be delighted to welcome you in person to show you everything. If you arrive at unusual times or want maximum flexibility, contactless check-in via our key box is possible at any time. House rules: Smoking and pets are not allowed in our apartment.
