The pool is reserved for our guests. All shops are within walking distance or by car. Amateur cyclists will be able to test the route of the stages of the Tour de France cycling race in the Nice region. The space Florence, Isabelle and Francis are pleased to open their family home to you. They put at your disposal the main floor ideal for four people that they have renovated and decorated while keeping the spirit of their parents who were great travelers and lovers of contemporary architecture. Close to the village of L'Escarene, in a very quiet environment, the villa is located in a green setting where a river flows that you can discover. Taking advantage of the natural relief of the land, they designed a landscaped garden, composed of many flower beds. The guest-only pool features a jacuzzi and counter-current swimming. Deckchairs and a pergola will invite you to relax. 380 m from the village of L'Escarene, you will find their property. Parking is available as well as a garage (limited to a vehicle of 4.20 m max). A staircase leads to the villa located below. The spacious apartment (110 m2), comfortable, bright, sunny, is designed on one level. The door opens onto a hall that invites you into a large living room, dining room and veranda overlooking the huge sunny terrace. The kitchen adjoining the dining room is fully equipped. A first "Arabian Nights" style bedroom suite opens onto the terrace. The second bedroom is Zen style. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower. The toilet is separate.
