This accommodation is part of a corner house, which has been remodeled and divided into three spaces. The accommodation is completely independent, with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. It is located in a suburban neighborhood, very quiet and close to Florida International University, Dolphin Mall and Dadeland Mall. It is located on Miller Drive, a long and comfortable street that ends at the University of Miami. The space Our home is a comfortable, spacious and welcoming space. It is designed to make your trip easier, more pleasant and so that you do not miss the comfort of your own home too much. - Electronic lock - Your entrance is completely independent and private. The lock is digital, a unique code is generated when you make the reservation. This way you can arrive even late at night, without having to worry about receiving the keys. - Broadband Internet - We understand the importance of being connected, it is our priority that you can enjoy a fast and consistent signal. - Air conditioning - The central air conditioning is recently installed and is constantly maintained for your comfort. In some areas there are small individually controlled air conditioners. - The windows are quality and impact resistant to guarantee your safety even during stormy seasons in Miami. Additionally, they protect against strong sunlight and outside noise. - Kitchen utensils - We equip the kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery and small appliances. - Sheets and towels - We provide enough sheets and towels for each guest in the reservation. - Personal hygiene items - We provide basic complementary personal hygiene items as a courtesy upon your arrival. Guest access The house is divided into 3 separate accommodations with their own private entrances. In front of your entrance there is a parking space for one car and the possibility of parking in the backyard if you require it. You will not cross or share any interior spaces. The only shared services are the laundry room and patio which have access from the back. The laundry room is a large space, where we also leave any mail or correspondence that other guests find and that is not your property. Please note that the washers and dryers operate with US$0.25 coins. The front porch and patio are at your disposal as long as the tranquility of the neighborhood is respected. Other things to note The location of our house is optimal. Miller Drive is a large street that goes to the University of Miami, and the Florida Turnpike is also just a few blocks away, this is a wide and important street. The location provides the ease of moving around the city efficiently, since on the same corner where the house is located, there are 2 bus stops, with routes for the entire city.
