.. The space Hello, you are booking our modern non smoking holiday flat with a total size of 45 square meters. The holiday flat is located on Dahlenbugrer Landstr. 105. This house was errected by my great grandfather and master carpenter Karl Nolte back in 1902. The flat is located on the first upper floor. A lift is not existing, so you will have to climb ~ 20 stairs. The holdiday flat consists out of a bedroom with a twin bed, one living room with Cable TV, a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and a small entrance hallway. WiFi is available and it is for free for our guests! You can park your car in the front or in the backyard of the house. The house is located on Dahlenburger Landstr. -- one of Lüneburg's main access streets. Due to this the windows are equipped with soundproof glazing. Follow the road appr. 2000 meters downhill and you'll find yourself standing on the "Sande" - one of the main spots of Lüneburg's inner city. If you don't want to walk, there is a bus stop just arround the corner. After your wanderings, we recommend to be a guest at our brew pub right next door. You'll be able to chose between home-brewed organic beer, Northern German Slow Food etc. Within the nearer surroundings of the holiday flat you'll find a bakery, a post office, a supermarket, a natural food market and two gas stations.
