Attic floor apartment provides guests with a tranquil and restful living space accompanied by a view of the garden from the bedroom balcony. Unique wall mosaic and a designer bathtub compliments the idyllic bathroom. Bathroom has a shower and a bath. The cosy bedroom is equipped with one Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm). The separate living room has an extendable sofa (130 x 200 cm). The dining area is full of light and features antique furniture, tableware and cutlery for four people allowing guests to set up the table also for more special occasions. This apartment is designed to suit the needs of short and also long term stays. A fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, all the appliances and dishes for preparing and serving. The bathroom provides everything for a pleasurable and relaxing bath, amenities like allergen-free eco-friendly toiletries, bath salts, bathrobes, towels, slippers, hairdryer etc. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed and elegant furniture. From the bedroom there is straight access to the private balcony which is a perfect place for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony offers a view over the luscious garden and big trees. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and amenities for a pleasurable stay. There is free parking in a spacious parking lot in front of Vinoteegi Residents. Parking reservations are not required. Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked safely inside the garden only upon prior agreement. Smoking is allowed only outside and on the terrace. Free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed in this room.
