Wifi and EE tv package. The space This annexe, next to a snicket, adjoins a Victorian detached house - formerly a Methodist manse - inhabited by the host. It has been converted from a scullery/wash house and extended to include a bright modern orangery with underfloor heating. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave oven, toaster and electric frying pan and looks out onto the private courtyard with patio heater, firepit and seating. Access to a shared garden is via patio doors to the rear of the annexe and guests have full use of the patio with barbecue, large grassed area and outdoor dining and seating. Guest access Guests have access to the entire annexe; kitchen, shower room, living/sleeping area, private courtyard, car parking space and back garden/patio. Other things to note Sorry we cannot accommodate infants or children under 18. No pets allowed.
