Welcome to our villa in the hills of Azazoul, combining Moroccan charm with modern comfort. Perfect for families, groups, surfers,the villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Enjoy a courtyard, lush garden, outdoor lounge, and a 3 × 3 m plunge pool with shallow water, designed for relaxing and cooling off. Please note the final access road is a typical mountain road. The space The Space & Room Layout: The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 unique bedrooms named in the local Tamazight language: - Tayought (Wave): Sleeps 3 | 1 Single Bed + 1 Bunk Bed | Shared bathroom outside. - Tafoukt (Sun): Sleeps 4 | 2 Bunk Beds | Shared bathroom outside. - Ayour (Moon): Sleeps 3 | 1 Single Bed + 1 Bunk Bed | Private ensuite bathroom. - Azal (Afternoon): Master Suite | Sleeps 2 | 1 Double Bed | Private ensuite bathroom with direct pool and garden access. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive private access to the entire property, including the outdoor plunge pool, lounge and sitting areas, fully equipped kitchen, and internet access. Please note that the outdoor plunge pool is a small 3 × 3 meter pool with shallow water, designed for relaxing and cooling off rather than swimming. Other things to note Welcome to our villa! We have put a lot of love into creating a peaceful oasis for you. To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please take note of the following guidelines: Arrival & Departure *Check-in: After 3:00 PM *Check-out: Before 11:00 AM Quiet Hours & Neighborhood *Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. *Please keep outdoor music and loud conversations to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors. *Parties or large events are not permitted without prior written approval. Pool & Garden Safety *The pool is used at your own risk. Diving is strictly prohibited as the pool is a small 3 × 3 meter plunge pool with shallow water, designed for relaxing and cooling off rather than swimming. *Please do not use glass bottles or glassware near the pool or in the garden area. *Please rinse off any sand from the beach using the outdoor shower before entering the pool or the villa. Villa Care & Cleanliness *Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, in the garden or terrace areas. Please use the provided ashtrays. *Please turn off lights and electronic devices when leaving the villa to help us save energy. *Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight unless previously agreed upon. Access & Location *Please note that the villa is located in the hills above Taghazout. The final part of the journey follows a typical mountain road. From the villa to the main paved road, there is approximately 1,5 km of mountain road. Other information to note *Please note that the villa currently does not have air conditioning. As the house is newly built, the air conditioning installation has already been prepared and will be operational soon.
