Situated on a large, wooded 5,000 m² property along the Bonneille Creek, the cottage offers a peaceful setting, ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities or exploration. The space The 25m2 home, renovated in spring 2020, is simple, functional, and comfortable. It includes: an equipped kitchen (oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave...) Two adjoining bedrooms (you have to go through the bedroom with the double bed to get to the second bedroom) a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace overlooking nature, perfect for meals or relaxing moments. Other things to note 👉 This is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts: Hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, via ferrata (Ornans and Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne), tree climbing, fishing, caving, etc. Nearby: Nautiloue swimming pool, Courbet Museum, and many other activities.
