Family Home Sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 bedrooms, with the option of a sofa bed in the snug room (On a request basis) Newly built UPSIDE DOWN house. Set in a beautiful semi-rural location with stunning countryside views. Spacious and comfortable, ideal for a larger group or two small families holidaying together. 5-minutes drive from local amenities, - café, bakery, supermarket, wine shop. Lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in and around the Georgian town of Alresford and Winchester The space The kitchen, living space and master bedroom with ensuite are all located upstairs, taking full advantage of the beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped with an American fridge freezer, 2 dish washers, quooker tap and double oven and gas hob. The kitchen has a high vaulted ceiling and a large island with seating. From the kitchen you can walk out onto the south facing balcony where there’s a double sofa and 2 chairs, and a sun lounger. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine catching the last of the sun. The living room is upstairs and is located next to the kitchen. The living room has 2, three seater sofas, a snuggle chair and a bean bag. Internet TV offering Netflix, Disney + etc The living room also benefits from a wood burning cassette fire and is available during the winter months only. The remaining three bedrooms and snug are located downstairs. Which includes two en-suite bathrooms, and a separate family bathroom. In total, there are three baths with built in showers, and one en-suite shower. The snug room has a large sliding door which opens onto the terrace. The room has a sofa bed and a TV. Sleeping arrangements include two king-size beds and two double beds. There is also a comfy sofa bed available in the snug. Outside There is a large picnic style table which can seat up to 10 comfortably. A fire pit and a Komodo Joe BBQ (similar to a green egg.) The terrace area is south facing, and the balcony above offers a lovely shady area to dine under. ***AT YOUR OWN RISK*** For summer stays, guests are welcome to use the above-ground swimming pool if operating, cricket net and garden swing. Please note that there is a trampoline photographed in the garden however this is not safe to use. To the front of the property is a long gated drive which can accommodate 4 cars in a single file. Please note that the property was built in 2025 and the driveway has not yet been updated and has the original crazy paving from the 1960’s. Please note that garden and driveway is in need of updating and landscaping. Guest access The entire house is available except the garage. Other things to note The garden is enclosed The property lends itself well to families however we DO NOT provide cots, high chairs, stair gates, baby crockery etc.
