Cozy maritime decorated cabin with private parking and outdoor area. The loft has a double bed and two skylights with great views. The main room has two beds with Svane mattress. There is no running water in the cabin, but water can be collected in the tap outside the main house, or in the bathroom in the main house. The bathroom is private for guests and only at the free disposal of the cabin guests. The cabin has electricity and a small kitchenette. A large refrigerator and possibly freezer can be used by guests in the garage. The space The cabin is located with a great view of Ulvikafjord about 3 km from the city center, if one follows the main road. But with a shortcut trail through fruit trees and a great view of Ulvik, you go downwards towards the city center (Brakanes) in a maximum of 7 minutes. Directions with maps can be found in the cabin. Ulvik is a small village with around 1100 inhabitants, but you get everything for your daily needs at the village's two grocery stores and at the souvenir shop that sells everything from thread to furniture. Ulvik has really great hiking opportunities in every category. If you want great mountain hiking with stunning views, Ulvik is a perfect starting point. Also for smaller tours, and popular organized hikes. There are opportunities to rent bikes and kayaks in the village, A great, unique and informative tourist information can be found in the city center. A combined sale of local goods, glass-blowers, and antiques as additional services to provide great service and helpful tips for the village's visitors in all variants. Cafes and hotels serve good food in a varied price range. Two days a week from 1 May to 30 September, you can take a boat trip/fjord cruise and see the fjords of Hardangerfjord. In Ulvik we also have as the only place in Norway, a fruit and cider tour where you can taste the noblest drops with and without alcohol, as well as there being sale of fruit and goods (including liquor) directly from the farm. The famous poet Olav H Hauge has his own Hauge center in the village, and the popular Poetry Festival is held every two years. The front door is on the backside of the house on your right side. Access to the cabin is easiest via the terrace and the stairs in front of the garage. Refrigerator and freezer in the garage. Parking in the paved area behind the cabin. Guests are welcome to use the garden as they wish. Other things to note The cabin has a kettle, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, casseroles and other kitchen utensils for frying and cooking. Candles for the evening cosiness. The outside area is under construction, but has garden furniture and a private barbecue. If you'd like to borrow additional kitchenware or other equipment, just ask - also about borrowing the large terrace in front of the house. Check-in earlier after agreement.
