Vacation home with mountain views on the Mieminger Plateau

The sunny Mieming plateau is an idyllic high terrace (850–1,200 m) in Tyrol, far from through traffic. The high plateau in the Inn Valley lies between Innsbruck and the Fern Pass. With over 2,500 hours of sunshine a year, the region offers ideal conditions for many outdoor activities, wellness and relaxation for young and old. The space During your stay, in addition to the bedrooms, the following will be at your service: - a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven and portafilter coffee machine. - a south-facing living room overlooking the garden (which you are welcome to use) and the peaks of the Tyrolean Alps. - a terrace with a large table for you and your companions, an awning for sunny days and a barbecue. From there you can also watch our Japanese koi. - a cozy wine arbor with seating for relaxing evenings with a good glass of wine. - an additional seating lounge with a garden table and a mobile sun lounger right by the pond. In the shade of our sequoia, you will find a particularly quiet place to relax, read or enjoy a drink. - a newly renovated bathroom with rain shower and radio. - another bathroom in the iconic 80s style with shower and toilet. - a balcony accessible from Room 1 and 2 with a seating area for a glass of wine or beer in the evening. From there, you have a view of my favorite mountain, the Faltegartenkögele, and the surrounding mountains. - Please note that for the use of the garden, I require a signed document that releases me from any liability in the event of accidents or damage related to the garden pond. Furthermore, it is important for dog owners to note that the garden is not separated from the neighboring property by a fence. - You do not have access to the basement, which is used in parallel for private purposes. Highlights in the area: - The 27-hole championship golf course Golfpark Mieminger Plateau is less than 10 minutes' walking distance away - AREA 47, a cross-border water sports highlight, is only about a 20-minute drive away - Numerous hikes start right at your doorstep, e.g., to the Alplhütte - Many beautiful mountain bike tours, for example to the Lehnberghaus - Beautiful swimming lakes in the area, such as Lake Möserer - The longest summer toboggan run in the Alps, the Alpine Coaster in Imst, can be reached in 25 minutes by car - Ski tours for the winter – whether for beginners on the Grünberg or more challenging tours like the Lacke - The impressive Drachensee is a popular hiking destination for experienced mountaineers in the region - The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, and the center of Innsbruck can be reached by public transport in about 35 minutes. Guest access You have access to the entire first floor and attic floor as well as the garden. You may sometimes meet someone there who takes care of the pond or the greenhouse, but you will have it all to yourself most of the time. Other things to note Check-in can be done flexibly either contactlessly via a key safe or in person on site – however you like.
