Arbarosa Villa - Private Pool & Sea View

Arbarosa Villa is a superb, newly renovated two story accommodation in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, which can sleep 6 guests. The space The villa, which measures 135 square meters, is spacious, stylishly decorated and offers its guests a private swimming pool. The vacation home features a spacious living room, a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen and dining area. In total, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; two of which are equipped with two single beds each, and the third is equipped with a queen-sized one. The outdoor spaces are carefully tended, fenced and private; they feature the swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun beds and parasols, as well as built BBQ & an outdoor dining area! *BREAKFAST AVAILABLE* Our guests are able to enjoy a fabulous a la cart breakfast in just 70 metres away from the villa. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. and costs 13 euros/person. If you wish to book the breakfast, please let us know. Guest access Guests will be welcomed in person by the host upon arrival. We will contact you a few days before your arrival, in order to arrange your welcome meeting.
