To help keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests, please follow these guidelines: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste from the yard and outdoor areas. Water and food bowls are located in the pantry cabinet next to the back door. Pets should not be allowed on beds or upholstered furniture unless protective covers are used. Pets should not be left unattended for extended periods of time unless they are safely crated. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Additional Cleaning & Damage Fees Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if excessive pet hair, stains, odors, waste, or other pet-related messes are found after check-out that require extra cleaning beyond our standard turnover procedures. Any repairs, replacement costs, or additional cleaning expenses resulting from pet damage will be charged through Airbnb in accordance with Airbnb's policies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and marijuana products. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outdoors and properly dispose of all cigarette butts and smoking materials in the yellow trash receptacle. Do not throw cigarette butts on the property. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the property, including odors, residue, or damage, will result in an additional cleaning fee and may lead to immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
