Description
Meadow Lodge is in the grounds of our home in Kempsford, a small village near Fairford, on the edge of the Cotswolds. The village has an historic church and a thriving pub, The George. The Thames Path National Trail passes nearby. The space The Lodge is 10 metres away from our house, and completely self-contained. Just refurbished, the lodge consists of a double bedroom ( with double sofa bed in the living area if needed), a walk in shower room with toilet and sink, and a living area with dining table and kitchen area. There is a small private patio area for guests to sit outside and enjoy the natural environment. The living area has two sofas, one being a comfortable sofabed. The kitchen area has a single oven with hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a washer-dryer available in the utility cupboard should you wish to use it. Guest access Meadow Lodge is in the grounds of our family home, through an electric gate and shared gravel drive. Guest parking is adjacent to the Lodge. There is a small sunny private patio with table, seats and bbq. Guests are welcome to use the front and side lawn and hammock chairs and table, weather permitting. Other things to note As we have pets, our guests need to be aware if they may have allergies. In our private vegetable garden we have a small pond, so parents of young children should be aware.
