Panoramic stone Cilento farmhouse of 1890 for 4 people, located on the hill with an incredible view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, completely fenced. Composed of 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, comfortable living room with dining room, 1 bathroom, covered panoramic patio with outdoor table, large solarium terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views, all surrounded by 50 olive trees. In the garden there is the BBQ and a large wood-burning oven for pizza! Large parking for two cars. The space The farmhouse is located in the Integral Reserve of the Cilento National Park, in a relaxing and very quiet space. It was restored in 2002 with wise use of local stone. Equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, TV, WIFI, refrigerator, washing machine. Large spaces to relax: a covered patio, a sun terrace, a large garden with centenary olive trees. The view covers the entire Gulf of Salerno, the Amalfi Coast and Capri. You can hike right from the farmhouse. The village of San Marco and the beaches are about 1.5 km away. Guest access Guests can walk freely in the cultivated area, but it is not allowed to pick flowers or fruits. Two fenced indoor parking spaces are available. The entrance is private. Check-in is done personally by Gemma (number indicated in the template), who will meet you at the pre-established meeting point and accompany you to the house. Other things to note Please note: - the road from San Marco to the cottage (2 km long) is a paved road but with the last 600 meters of white road on a slope. - Electricity costs €0.50/kwh. At check-in and check-out, the electricity consumption recorded during the stay will be verified. The corresponding amount will be requested through the Airbnb portal after check-out, at a cost of €0.50 per kWh. - The accommodation tax of Castellabate is €1 per person/day - Bed linens and towels: are included in the price; for any changes during the stay, the cost is €15 per person. - We accept all pets.
