Guest access Guests will have full, exclusive access to the entire house, private gardens, and the outdoor decking area during their stay. The property is entirely yours to enjoy in complete privacy. Please note: The garage is locked and strictly inaccessible as it is used for private storage. However, there is ample parking available on the property. Remote Work Ready: Perfect for corporate guests, hospital professionals, or leisure travelers, every single bedroom includes its own dedicated workspace. Bathrooms & Amenities: 2.5 Bathrooms: Freshen up comfortably across a full family bathroom, an en-suite, and a convenient ground floor WC. Home Comforts: Includes a utility room with a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and premium towels, linens, and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Parking & Logistics: Private Driveway: Parking spaces are available on the private driveway for up to 2 cars. House Rules & Expectations: Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful neighborhood overlooking the valley. We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No Parties or Events: Blackberry House is strictly for registered guests only. Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized commercial events are absolutely prohibited. No Smoking: The property is 100% smoke-free indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside on the decking or garden area, with safe disposal of stubs. Security Perimeter: For your peace of mind and safety, external security cameras monitor the exterior premises (such as the entrance and driveway areas).
