The cottage

The cottage is a detached, air-conditioned house located in a wooded park, in the heart of a village with all the essential services. It includes a kitchenette with a TV area, a bedroom with a shower, a sleeping area upstairs (access by a fitted ladder), and a large outdoor area shared with the owners for relaxing (deck chair and garden furniture). Set apart, it offers tranquility, privacy, and no neighbors, making it ideal for unwinding. The space The property: – Friendly living room open to the kitchen. Air-conditioned space. – Cozy lounge area with a Free box Smart TV. – Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, stove, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle and toaster, everything you need for cooking. – WiFi connection. – Reversible air-conditioning ensuring optimal comfort in any season. Bedroom and bathroom: – Bedroom with 140 cm double bed. – Modern shower room with large walk-in shower, sink and illuminated mirror with Bluetooth function. Upstairs sleeping area: - 160 cm bed (access by fitted ladder) Exteriors: – Private outdoor area with 4-seater garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, and BBQ. – Large outdoor area allowing you to fully enjoy the sunny days. – Leisure facilities: trampoline and soccer goal, swing, ideal for young and old. Additional information: – Pets allowed. – Parking space reserved for the gite. Guest access The park is freely accessible to guests. Other things to note 🏡 We live on the other side of the park, so we are quickly available if needed. 🐶 We live with our faithful companion Ulko, our 3-year-old Belgian Shepherd, who is perfectly socialized with children and animals. He usually stays close to us, but don't panic if he pays you a little visit in the garden.
