If smoking takes place during your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. 2. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. In the same vein, we ask that you do not host any parties or events at the house. 3. At check-out, please make sure to take all your belongings with you and dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins provided. 4. Please respect the check-in and check-out times. We understand that travel plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs when possible. 5. If you’re traveling with pets, please pick up after them and help us keep the home and yard clean for the next guests.
