The space Ideally located on our beautiful Opal Coast, our cottages offer a great base to explore the wonders of the region. Guests can enjoy the leisure facilities in this vast space reserved for you, such as a petanque court with an adjoining terrace equipped with picnic tables, a ping pong table, a badminton/volleyball area, as well as a barbecue for convivial moments outdoors. Add to that a large outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture, and a covered terrace also equipped with picnic tables. For the little ones, a wooden tipi cabin and swing are also available, ensuring moments of play and relaxation for the whole family! The dining area of La Grande Gaverie allows residents of both gites to accommodate residents so you can gather for meals. We host up to 20 people in our two spacious cottages that can each accommodate 10 people. They are side by side, on one level, with all the amenities and comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Here is the description in detail: The "La Grande Gaverie" cottage (for 10 people maximum) consists of: - 4 spacious bedrooms (3 double beds width 140 + 4 single beds width 90) The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows, you must bring your sheets . It is strictly FORBIDDEN to sleep in beds without sheets. You need to bring your towels. - 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath) - 2 independent toilets - a pantry (washing machine and dryer) - an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, traditional coffee maker for ground coffee, kettle, toaster...) - a large living room that can accommodate residents of both cottages for meals. - TV lounge, DVD player, pellet stove . For baby: 1 bed 60 x 120 (provide bed linen, blanket and pillow for the child), 1 high chair, 1 bathtub, 1 bath seat, 1 changing table, 1 potty.
