This stylish apartment has 180 degree view of the ocean in the peaceful hamlet Seaview, 40 minutes from Addo Elephant Park and 20 minutes from airport. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, fibre WiFi, DSTV, braai & shared pool. Lounge & 1 bedroom have seaviews & deck in front of lounge for sundowners viewing the ocean just across the road. We have our own safe water supply. The apartment is the lower floor of the building where the owners reside. The apartment has its own garden and entrance totally separate from the owners. The two bedrooms are each fitted with one double bed and dressing table and a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms, one bathroom has a shower and the other a bath. The kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer combination and coffee maker. There is a swimming pool on the property shared with the owners. There is also a weber Braai for barbecues for the sole use of the guests and a gas barbecue. On weekends two nights must be booked, either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. No house or pool parties or loud music as accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood. There are 2 restaurants BlueVibez and Barnacles in Seaview, one rustic pub Dizzy Dolphin, a pharmacy and a laundromat. The closest mall is Baywest 15 minutes drive away. The mall has restaurants, cinemas, food and clothing stores. Kindly no smoking inside the house Kindly use Weber barbecue on cement area and not on wooden deck to prevent fire damage to wooden deck.
