House in a cozy village, with lake views and garden.

Here you can relax, cook good food and enjoy yourself! Sit in the garden with breakfast, enjoy the tranquility, look at the view of fjords and mountains, listen to birdsong and relax. There is a small swimming beach just nearby the house with a toilet/shower/sauna. There are great hiking opportunities for both short and longer mountain hikes in the area. There is a basket with several games for the evenings or a rainy day. Otherwise, there is internet and TV, blankets, candles and everything you may need. Welcome here :) The space Hyllestad municipality is located in Ytre Sogn, by Sognefjorden. The house is located in Leirvik, on Heggebø. There is a short distance down to the lake/beach, or to the forest and mountains. This is a private house. I usually live here. I hope that you will enjoy your stay here and that the house and things are in the same condition after you leave :) As a guest, you have access to the entire main house (main floor + loft), including the garden. Note: There are tenants living in a separate basement apartment, a nice couple in their 30s. They have a seperate entrance. Park so that there is room for two cars, and that it is possible to drive in and out without getting in each other's way :) Note: The electric car charger belongs to the basement apartment and cannot be used by guests. There is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room on the main floor. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a small toilet. There are 3 double beds. Maximum 6 adults, but there is a single bed in one room that is suitable for a child + a camp bed and mattresses are available, but it costs a little extra when there are more than 6 people. I'm showing one of the pictures where I have set up a camp bed by the window. There is a small lounge upstairs between the bedrooms, with a daybed, some toys, and books. Guest access You will be staying on the main floor + loft. There is a garden that can be used both in front of and behind the house. Other things to note All bed linen and towels are provided. Garbage sorting: There is information about this in the folder/papers that are on the kitchen counter when you arrive here. Fire extinguishers are located in the hallway cupboard and in Bedroom 1 on the main floor. A vacuum cleaner is hanging in the bedroom on the main floor by the window behind the curtain. The first aid kit is on the top shelf in the closet in the same bedroom, closest to the window.
