The space This beautiful newly remodeled apartment sleeps four people it has one bedroom with one full size bed and one queen size bed. A beautiful kitchen, living room and dinning area. Guest access All of our apartments have Gazebo and BBQ area, private terrace across the swimming pool, free Wi-Fi access in the pool area, cable TV service, a/c, full kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, blender, utensils for cooking and eating, pots and pans, dishes, Coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator and more), bedding, pillows, bath and beach towels, iPod player, off street parking. We provide basic home amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap) for only the first night Guest will share the pool and the BBQ Area. Guest staying 6 nights or longer may use the laundry facilities. There is one parking space for each apartment. Other things to note Prices include 7% room tax, there will NOT be any additional charges on your arrival. Wi-Fi works best in the pool area. We do have landlines in the apartments. One additional person is allowed in the apartment for a cost of $20 per night. Late check out may be purchased if apartment is available for $15 an hour, until 3pm. Guests will receive terms and conditions in an email. Please read them. They contain valuable information regarding pet fees, services, expectations, etc. Parties must be preauthorized by management.
